This Privacy Policy explains how Asokore Industries Inc ("Pifini", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Pifini website, apps, and related services.
Information we collect
- Account information: email, name, optional profile details (city, country, interests).
- Event activity: RSVPs, saved events, orders, tickets, and concierge conversations.
- Payment information: processed and stored by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage data: aggregated, pseudonymised analytics on how the app is used (page views, search queries, performance).
How we use your information
- To operate and improve the Pifini service.
- To personalise event recommendations through our concierge.
- To process ticket orders and payouts to promoters.
- To send you product updates, ticket confirmations, and reminders about events you've expressed interest in. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time.
Who we share with
- Promoters — your name and email are shared with event organisers when you buy a ticket or RSVP, so they can contact you with event-specific info.
- Processors — Stripe (payments), Supabase (database + auth), Anthropic (concierge model provider), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS / CDN).
- We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your account data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing privacy@pifini.net. Residents of the EU, UK, and California have additional rights under local law; we honour those on request.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We don't use cross-site tracking cookies.
