La Rose Flower Festival

One of Saint Lucia's two historic flower societies, La Rose (La Wòz) celebrates the feast of St. Rose de Lima on August 30 with members dressed in red parading through communities with elaborate rose-themed displays. The tradition dates back more than 250 years and is recognized on UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage list.
