Goombay Summer Festival 2026 (Nassau & Freeport)

The Goombay Summer Festival is a Bahamas Ministry of Tourism program of weekly Thursday-evening street celebrations held across July in Nassau, Freeport and several Family Islands. Each evening features Junkanoo rush-outs, rake and scrape bands, quadrille dancing, People-to-People bush tea tastings, arts and crafts vendors and roughly 40 varieties of authentic Bahamian food.
