Festival Nacional de Folklore de Cosquín

Argentina's most important folk music festival fills the Plaza Próspero Molina for nine consecutive nights every summer. Musicians from across the country perform chacarera, zamba, and other Argentine folk genres before huge crowds camped out in the town of Cosquín. The 2026 edition is the 66th and is nicknamed 'las Nueve Lunas coscoínas' (the nine Cosqueña moons).
