Festival de las Calaveras 2026 (Aguascalientes)

A Day of the Dead cultural festival created over 30 years ago as a tribute to Aguascalientes-born engraver José Guadalupe Posada, creator of the iconic Catrina figure. The festival features a Skull Parade with monumental catrinas and floats through the historic center, craft and food exhibits, altars, symphony concerts and theatrical performances at the San Marcos fairgrounds.
