Divali Nagar 2026

The National Divali Nagar at the Nagar Site in Chaguanas is Trinidad & Tobago's national celebration of Divali — the Hindu Festival of Lights. For two weeks, the site is transformed into a breathtaking display of thousands of deyas (clay oil lamps), decorated pavilions, cultural performances, traditional Indian food, arts and crafts, and spectacular fireworks. Trinidad has one of the largest Hindu populations in the Western Hemisphere, and Divali here is a uniquely Caribbean expression of a global festival.
